2021 calendar images selected + Abstract?

At last week’s meeting the results of the calendar competition were announced. The winning images will appear in the club’s 2021 calendar which will be available to purchase in time for Christmas.

The genre of Round 2 of the NIPA competition is Abstract and the second part of the evening took the form of a critique session where a selection of abstract images, which had been taken by some of the club members, were discussed. This round of the competition is certainly going to push many members out of their comfort zone – but then, isn’t this what competition is all about?

At this week’s meeting guest speaker Dee Tutor will give a talk entitled ‘A different point of view’. Dee will be the first guest speaker of the new season.
